  • Hair products, including wigs, extensions, and hair care items, must be unopened and in their original condition for returns to be accepted.
  • For personal care items, such as brushes, oils, and other accessories, they must be unused to be eligible for returns.

How to Return an Item

  2. Return Approval: We will process your return request and provide instructions on how to return your item.
